On April 22, 2010, the law firm Levant and Partners held a seminar for specialists of the STROGINO Technopark, dedicated to the issues of effective management of intellectual property.

The central issue of concern to both the specialists of the STROGINO Technopark and the lawyers of Levant and Partners is the management of intellectual property in the innovative economy. This topic meets the goals of the state enterprise of the city of Moscow, Technopark STROGINO, in the development of innovative companies both on the territory of the Technopark itself and on the territory of the Russian Federation.
During the seminar, the speakers discussed the main issues within this topic, namely, current issues of intellectual property protection in the context of the 4th part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the possibility of legal protection of computer software, managerial aspects of the acquisition and implementation of intellectual rights, the formation and management of intellectual property of enterprises and organizations.
The topic of IP management in the technology park system was discussed especially for the seminar participants.
