In 2012, Maximilian Burov graduated from the Faculty of Law. MM. Speransky RANEPA under the Government of the Russian Federation. In 2013 he received the status of lawyer.

Maximilian Burov specializes in family law. For 6 years she has been dealing with complex, high-conflict family disputes related to determining the place of residence of children and the division of expensive property. Maximilian has experience developing strategies for effectively defending family rights. He was involved in the development of a legislative initiative to introduce criminal liability for the abduction of a child by a parent on the basis of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation.

As part of the creation and work of the Stop Kidnapping volunteer community, Maximian gained invaluable experience in the field of protecting family rights in Russia.
As a result of such active work in the field of family disputes, Maximilian has written a number of articles on the topic of determining the place of residence of children, intra-family child abduction, is an expert on a number of TV shows, and is regularly invited as a commentator on news stories.
Maximilian’s goal is to realize all his knowledge and experience in the field of protecting family rights, developing practice in the bar.
