Valentyna Grytsenko is an attorney with 23 years of experience in legal practice and government relations (GR). Her career has been built in major corporations: starting as a legal consultant in consulting, then moving to expert and leadership positions at MTS PJSC (a leading operator of Russia’s “Big Four”), and finally serving as Acting GR Director (project-based) at InfoWatch Group. She combines expertise in M&A transactions, corporate governance, and legislative work with hands-on experience in supporting the launch of federal, commercial, and digital telecom and IT projects.
GR and Lawmaking: Participated in drafting industry-specific legislation, engaged with the Ministry of Digital Development, Roskomnadzor, the State Duma, the Federation Council, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, various ministries and agencies, the Government of the Russian Federation, as well as industry collaborations and associations.
Awards: Highest departmental award of the Ministry of Digital Development of the Russian Federation – «Master of Communications» (2022); Letter of Gratitude from the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation (2016).
