In 2011, graduated with honors from the Kutafin Moscow State Law University (Institute of Law, Department of Business Law).

Since 2011, Malamud D.I. has worked in legal consulting (engaged in registration of legal entities, making changes to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, drafting contracts, claims, case opinions, court documents, representing individuals and legal entities in courts of various instances, registering trademarks, performing other legal functions).

From 2012 to 2015, worked as a lawyer in financial organizations (engaged in representing organizations in courts of general jurisdiction and arbitration courts of various instances, participating in bankruptcy proceedings of debtors, representing organizations in administrative and supervisory bodies, conducting cases in arbitration courts, managing and providing legal support for enforcement proceedings, contract work, preparing internal documentation of legal entities).

Has been an Attorney since 2017. Main activities (subscription-based legal services for enterprises, consulting various organizations, representing individuals and legal entities in courts of various instances, representing and advising Clients in law enforcement agencies and government organizations, mediation and claim activities, conducting negotiations of any complexity).

Since 2023, holds a Diploma “On Professional Retraining” with the qualification of “Psychologist”.
