Matvey Levant, managing partner of the law firm Levant and Partners, made a presentation on the topic “Project preparation: building intellectual property protection and common mistakes” at the Conference “How to support an innovative project? Legal opportunities for business.”

The conference, organized by the Association of Corporate Lawyers with the support of the Skolkovo Foundation and the law firms Levant and Partners and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, was held at the CCI Congress Center on June 22, 2011.

Presentations on forms of state support for innovative projects, opportunities for financing innovative projects at an early stage of development, and building intellectual property protection were made by Igor Drozdov, Director of Legal Affairs, Skolkovo Foundation; Dmitry Lisenkov, Managing Director, RUSNANO OJSC; Vladimir Korneev, Head of the Department of Public Law, Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation; Vitaly Kastalsky, head of the Intellectual Property Department of the Skolkovo Foundation and other prominent specialists.

The main audience of the Conference: heads of legal services and legal departments of the largest Russian and international companies, legal and business media.
