Over 10 years of legal experience.
Pavel successfully completed two higher educations: legal and economics; and postgraduate studies at the Belarusian State University (Minsk, Belarus).
He served in the Customs authorities of the Republic of Belarus (Customs, State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus).
Had the opportunity to undergo training at the Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation. He participated in activities of the World Customs and World Trade Organization. He is the researcher and the author of a number of regulatory legal acts of the Customs Union.
Areas of legal practice: customs legislation issues,customs tariffs and foreign trade; intellectual property protection; cases of violation of the customs legislation, administrative and criminal liability, Government Relations management.
Arbitral tribunal of the “Arbitration Court of the Minsk Capital Association of Entrepreneurs and Employers”, as an alternative judicial authority.
Expert of the Association of Customs Representatives of the Republic of Belarus.
Member of the Scientific and Methodological Council for Education in the Field of Economic Security (Republic of Belarus).
In addition to judicial practice, he is engaged developing teaching activities and researching, with over 50 publications on customs legislation. Speaker and organizer of conferences, seminars, business trainings on customs law.
