Marina Nakokhova is an advocate of the International Bar Association «Levant and Partners Law Firm». She graduated from the Russian State Social University with honors. She then undertook post graduate education at the Department of theory and history of law. She is an author of several scientific articles on the topic of dissertation research. Marina constantly combines scientific work with law practice. Before becoming an advocate she worked as a corporate lawyer. There she gained experience in the registration of companies and individuals as a entrepreneurs. She also worked on various registration changes including of the СЕО, share capital, creatiion of branches and governing all necessary corporate documents for a company. From August 2011 until August 2012 she had an internship at the bar association. There she gained an experience in representing the interests of individuals and legal entities in courts of general jurisdiction.
In 2013 Marina successfully passed a bar exam and is now an advocate of the Moscow Bar Association. Her legal speciality work covers more than six years.
Marina joined the International Bar Association «Levant and Partners Law Firm» in 2019. The main areas of Marina’s professional activity are complex legal support in the restaurant business, arbitration, family law, including those with a foreign element, protection of honor and business reputation, as well as work on consumer rights issues.
Marina speaks French and English.
