Managing Partner Matvey Levant made an overview of the international regulation of crypto-currency, organized with the participation of Belarusian banks, held on February 9 in Minsk.
During the meeting, the participants discussed the changes in the IT business with the adoption of the Decree No. 8 dated 21.12.2017 “On the Development of Digital Economy”, highlighted why the banking environment is not enthusiastic about the prospect of introducing transactions involving crypto currency, and also raised the issue of readiness of Belarusian bankers to new realities.
