Larisa Yatrova is a leading specialist for the protection of Intellectual Property rights, and also specializes in patented inventions in the sphere of mechanics and electro mechanics within Russia and abroad.
She advises on the legal protection of inventions and utility models, challenges to existing patents and also on the transfer of technology and licensing.
Ms Yatrova graduated from the Moscow Aviation Institute (MAI) in 1968, specializing in the field of electromechanical engineering. In 1973, she received her patent education from the Central Institute of patent qualifications. From 1971 until 2005 Ms Yatrova worked at the firm of patent attourneys, “Sojuzpatent” (Moscow) where she was promoted to the role of deputy general director.
In 2005, Larisa Yatrova joined law firm, Levant & Partners as a consultant, and subsequently became the head of the firm’s Intellectual Property department. She is a Russian Federation and Eurasian Patent Attorney.
