Israel Association of Entrepreneurs (IPA) is a non-governmental organization, established in 1992 under the auspices of the Federation of Chambers of Commerce and brings together entrepreneurs: immigrants from the former Soviet Union, as well as businessmen living in the CIS, Baltic States, etc.
