Seminary’s questions draw attention of experts who specialized in intellectual property rights’ protection, counsels and guest interested in the issues. Matvey Levant, managing partner, Larisa Yatrova, Chief of the Department on the intellectual property protection, Evgeniy Moskalev, Deputy Chief of the Department on the intellectual property protection and Alexander Shugaev, senior lawyer. Especially the seminary’s participants were interested in submission international application for patent obtaining procedure and intellectual property rights commercialization. Whereas it was pronounced about negotiations on accession of the Russian Federation to the World Trade Organization until the end of this year, then innovation activities, inventions’ patenting and, mainly, commercialization of the intellectual property rights’ results become significant.
