This Act is one of the measures to protect the interests of investors operating in the stock market, and improve the system of bidding. Of particular interest is the Law for foreign investors and other financial market participants.
The purpose of the Act is to prevent abuses in connection with use of insider information on the securities market, credit services in transactions involving investment banks and mutual funds, which is especially important to create an attractive investment climate in Russia”.
