Levant & partners Law firm announces that Alexander Shugaev has been appointed corporate lawyer since August 2008. He will be responsible for litigation.
The practice of Alexander involves the issues in economic, tax, company, civil and arbitration law. Alexander has worked in the energetic holding, in the well-known Bar association and in the international corporation, which managed the commercial real estate in Russia, CIS and Europe. Moreover, Alexander has experience in banking and retail. He has taken part in the project of World Bank “Development of the capital market in Russia”.
Alexander Shugaev graduated from the Moscow State University of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affais of Russia with a major in Internetional Law. Currently he is studying for Master’s degree in The Institute of State and Law of The Russian Academy of Sciences. Speaks English and French fluently. Published several articles in professional journals.
