Levant & partners law firm announces a new appointment. Irina Krassikova joined Levant & partners law firm since July 2008 as a partner. Ms. Krassikova has worked in the area of legal consulting for more then 20 years and specializes in corporate law, M&A, labor law. She has been directly involved in planning and executing major projects in Russia and abroad.
Сommenting on her appointment, managing partner Matvey Levant underscored the high value of her work before coming to the firm: “Ms. Krassikova is one of the most successful and experienced professionals in the legal field. I am confident that her energy, her great experience, and her great potential will undoubtedly contribute to the strategic development of Levant & partners law firm,” he said. According to Ms. Krassikova, her primary task shall be coordination of L&P work in all practice areas and quality control of legal services.
Ms. Krassikova graduated from the Moscow State Institute for the International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the USSR, has degree in Jurisprudence (Diploma Paper “Law of Obligations in Turkey” – final thesis Cum Laude). Before her appointment as a partner, Ms. Krassikova worked at a number of leading international organizations, including the Project funded by the EU Comission on “Antimonopoly Policy and State Aid Control”, the International Finance Corporation (IFC) – World Bank Group, The Independent Directors Association (IDA), law firm (Salans), Russian member firm of Grant Thornton, etc.
Ms. Krassikova participated in preparation of Izvestia-Financial Times publication entitled “Guide to Registering Companies in Moscow ”; the materials and publication of a Book on Russian Antimonopoly Legislation “Russian Antimonopoly Policy and Law 2003”,various legal issues on foreign investments in Russia and a number of other publications and articles on uniformity of RF legislation with EU requirements, state aid issues, natural monopolies, etc.
