A. Korolkova against the Federal State Institution “Fund for Mutual Understanding and Reconciliation of the Russian Federation”. The rights of citizen Korolkov were violated by the Foundation, which refused to pay him compensation for his deceased mother, also a former concentration camp prisoner. The case, which has the potential to become a precedent, has received wide public attention.
