• Experience in supporting the financial and economic activities of legal entities of various organizational and legal forms and protecting their interests, as well as the interests of their executives and owners, in courts and state authorities.
• Experience in supporting contracts for work (including construction), supply, lease, leasing, transportation; disputes arising from tax legal relations; disputes arising from antimonopoly relations; disputes related to real estate rights; corporate disputes; representation in bankruptcy cases.
• Experience in defending entrepreneurs and citizens against criminal prosecution in the sphere of entrepreneurial activity, in cases arising from entrepreneurial activity.
