On December 24, 2008, the State Duma of the Russian Federation adopted Law No. 312-FZ, which introduces significant changes to the legal status of business companies. Changes are being made, in particular, to part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and to the Federal Law “On Limited Liability Companies”. Law No. 312-FZ was approved by the Federation Council on December 29, 2008 and comes into force on July 1, 2009.
The adopted amendments approve a different procedure for the creation and operation of limited/additional liability companies and oblige the corresponding amendments to the Charter of existing companies before January 1, 2010.
In connection with the above-mentioned legal requirements, as well as to ensure the highest possible quality of legal work, all services related to the re-registration of an LLC are combined into a comprehensive package, including:

preparation of the necessary documents (Charter, Protocol/Decision, etc.) to bring them into compliance with Federal Law No. 312;
obtaining an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
