Based on the accumulated experience of working with state and public institutions (the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation, the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation, the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation and the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation), the International Bar Association announces the formation of a working group in the field of electoral law and the socio-political sphere.

 Services provided by lawyers and bar advisors:

Creation of a political party (in accordance with the new edition of the Federal Law “On Political Parties”), including:

– notification of the creation of an organizing committee;

– development of documents (draft charter, party program);

– holding a founding congress (draft regulations, procedures, decisions on the creation of governing bodies and regional branches);

– registration of the party with the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation;

– assistance in registering regional branches (42 branches within six months).

Creation of a regional branch of the current party (support of negotiations with the party leadership and preparation of a package of documents).
3.Comprehensive support for the election campaign

Legal support of the election campaign (the procedure for nominating and registering a candidate (list of candidates), campaigning and voting day), including:

a) Organizing the collection of signatures (where this is provided for by law, including among municipal deputies).

b) Technical support for the election campaign (federal, regional, municipal), including:

– legal, media, “field” support;

– provision of candidates as authorized representatives on financial matters, trustees, ChKSG;

– preparation of three financial reports in IC.

c) Political technologies:

– mass events (pickets, rallies, processions);

– campaigning in the media (print, electronic);

– political rhetoric and image support for leaders.
