The article analyzes the theses voiced at the conference, which contradict the main ideas and goals of reforming the market for professional legal assistance.
The creation of a system for providing qualified legal assistance with uniform rules for admission to the profession and a general procedure for its regulation also applies to issues of consulting citizens and, first of all, in the field of construction and real estate, as the most sensitive area for citizens.
